We met Bill Bhamra by pure chance.  We were looking to purchase a home for our kids for university and actually began our search with a different realty company. Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with the other company so we started to search properties on our own.  It just so happened that when we requested a viewing on a property we were interested in, Bill was the realtor we were matched up with.  It didn't take long to realize that Bill is an awesome guy and we felt very fortunate to have found him.  Along with being  very knowledgable and professional, Bill is very calm and soft spoken.  We never felt like we were being pressured into anything and we always felt supported.  Nothing ever felt frantic. We often e-mailed with questions or last minute requests for showings and we were always responded to quickly and were made to feel like it was no problem. Probably the biggest factor for us was the fact that we felt we could trust Bill, something that was missing from the first experience we had with the other realty company.  From start to finish, our experience with Bill was a pleasure and we are thrilled with the house we ended up with for our kids. "We both sold our house and purchased a house with Bill. We felt very comfortable with Bill right from the start of our conversations. We didn't feel pushed at all to choose him or his agency.
